Graza and Athletic Brewing put olive oil into a pils

Cold Off The Press uses extra virgin olive oil during brewing.

Graza and Athletic Brewing launched Cold Off The Press on September 23, 2026: a limited-release non-alcoholic pils brewed with Graza extra virgin olive oil. The collaboration went on sale through Athletic’s website in six-packs of 12-ounce cans, while supplies last.

Olive oil goes into the process

Athletic says the oil is used to nourish yeast during brewing. The intended result is a pils with floral, herbal and lemon notes, rather than an olive-oil flavor. The declared ingredients include water, malted barley, rice, hops, lemon, yeast, olive oil and wheat.

The launch announcement lists less than 0.5% alcohol by volume and 60 calories per 12-ounce can. Those are the producer’s product specifications; the collaboration is not described as alcohol-free.

A pantry brand at the dinner table

Bright green cans carry both names alongside illustrations of olives, hops and food. Athletic’s campaign photographs bring the drink into a home kitchen, with pizza preparation and a pour into a glass. The olive oil connection extends from the brewing ingredient to the setting in which the brands suggest serving it.

For Graza, the release offers another way to put its name beside a meal. For Athletic, the partner ingredient gives a limited pils a specific story to tell.
